Each UCI is structured as an “umbrella fund” comprising separate pools of assets (each a “Sub-Fund”) and issues various classes of units (hereinafter the “Units”) that are linked specifically to such Sub-Fund or Sub-Funds as described in the Prospectus. Within each Sub-Fund, the several categories of Units may be issued which such features as are described in the prospectus of each UCI.

SRI - risk classification: The summary risk indicator is a guide to the level of risk of this product compared to other products. It shows how likely the product is to lose money due to movements in the markets or due to the inability to pay you.

Investment funds are associated with a certain recommended period of stay in the fund and a certain risk, depending on the financial instruments found in their structure. Thus, investors with a higher risk tolerance prefer to invest their money in a fund consisting mainly of shares, while investors with a low risk tolerance prefer to invest in funds that invest mainly in bonds or money market instruments.
Prior any subscription, the investor must perform and be evaluated for his knowledge and experience and suitability for the chosen product.

You can become a member of the investment fund by signing a purchase order in one of the authorized branches of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania.

You may request to sell fund units at any time without any prior notice. Requests to sell fund units that are received and accepted by the transfer agent by 4:00 PM CET on any day that is a business day in Luxembourg and that is also a trading day on the fund's main markets are ordinarily processed the following business day.

Investment in the fund has no term. The investor can increase and decrease the investment at any time.

The investment in the fund is not insured by the deposit insurance agency.
