A NEW WAY TO INTERACT WITH THE BANK

With Open Banking you can connect your systems to those of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania by using APIs which provide a direct and efficient way of operation.

Our customers will be able to access their accounts which they hold in our Bank by using the services offered by TPPs duly licensed from Bank of Albania to be part of the Open Banking.

The new PSD2 EU regulation as well as the local legislation, now allows TPPs to offer value added services to Bank Customers. To be able to consume the APIs created in line with the local legislation, the TPPs need to register themselves in our portal (test & live).
 

OPEN BANKING PORTAL

The portal is created for Payment Institutions which are licensed for Account information and Payment Initiation Services. 

• In case you have a valid certificate issued from the competent authority and are licensed from the Bank of Albania, you can register in the portal where you will be able to access all necessary documentation as well as the test environment.
