Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania announces the completion of the merger by acquisition of Veneto Banka sh.a.

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania is pleased to announce that the process of Merger by Acquisition of Veneto Banka has been finalized from both Legal and Operational perspective. Consequently, starting from October 1st, 2018   the former Veneto Banka Sha has been cancelled from the Commercial Registry (in QKB/NBC), while Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania Sha has taken over all the assets, the liabilities as well as all the relationships with the customers, who are served by a uniform commercial network and operating system.
