We recommend that you use Alternative Channels for daily Banking Transactions:

• Digital Banking – for payments and transfers;
• ATM – to withdraw cash at 54 locations in Albania;      
• Debit & Credit Cards – to purchase with ZERO COMMISION at all POS in Albania;
• Contact Center – For any question that you may have please contact 0800600; +355 4 2276000; +355 692080903 . This Service is available from Monday - Friday, from 08:00-20:00 and on Saturday from 08:00-16:00. 

If it’s necessary for you to physically visit one of our Branches, the Customer Service is open from Monday to Friday from 08:30-15:30 am.  

We would like to kindly remind you that the yellow protocol is still in force and must be respected by all customers.
