This service is designed to provide International Cardholders with greater convenience and transparency when withdrawing cash at our ATMs.

What is DCC?

Dynamic Currency Conversion allows international cardholders to see the exact amount they will be charged in their home currency at the time of the transaction, giving full visibility into the exchange rate and any associated fees.

How Does it Work?

When using our ATMs, cardholders will be presented with the option to withdraw funds in the local currency (LEK or EUR) or their home currency, along with the corresponding exchange rate and any applicable fees.

Cardholders have always the option to accept or reject the DCC conversion in their home currency and opt to be charged in the currency of withdrawal (LEK or EUR) instead.
